Upon subscribing to a plan, you’ll be added to your own Trello board. This typically takes about an hour from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the Trello invite, you can start using the board to request designs. Detailed instructions on how to use the Trello board are available on the board itself.

The majority of requests are completed within two days (some even ready the next day), while more complex requests may require additional time.

After subscribing, you can add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue, and we’ll deliver them in the order they were received.

For large-scale projects such as website or mobile app designs, and UI/UX work, VASUTIA will break down the request into smaller tasks. You can expect to receive deliverables every 24-48 hours until the project is complete.

VASUTIA Media is run by Ioan, the founder. You’ll work directly with me through the entirety of your experience.

Most requests are designed using Adobe Illustrator.

All subscriptions include WordPress development, which is treated as a design request. VASUTIA will handle the development to ensure maximum fidelity of the final product, as long as your website can be supported by the WordPress platform.

Once the website is fully developed, the site will be transferred to your account, where you will own it from that point forward. Therefore, a Design Membership subscription is not necessary to maintain your website.

VASUTIA provides flexible design request options through Trello. Clients can submit requests directly via Trello, by sharing Google Docs or wireframes, or by recording Loom videos. As long as it can be linked to or shared within Trello, it’s an acceptable way to request designs.

Don’t worry! We will keep working on the design until you are completely satisfied.

The following design work is not included in the Design Membership: 3D modeling, animated graphics (e.g., GIFs), document design (e.g., medical forms), packaging, extensive print design (e.g., magazines, books), and Adobe InDesign documents.

If you’re not satisfied after the first week you will get a full refund for the remaining 3 weeks of the month. However, there are no refunds after the first week has passed and we do not offer refunds for completed work.

Absolutely, you have the flexibility to use your Design Membership according to your needs, whether it’s for a month or a year. We’re here for you whenever you have additional design requirements.

No problem! You can always pause your subscription when you are done and come back if you need more designs. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any unused subscription time.

If you only have one or two design requests and don’t have enough design work to fill an entire month, you can pause your subscription.

The normal billing cycle is 31 days. If you pause your subscription during a billing cycle, the cycle will pause and any remaining days can be used at a later date. For example, if you use the service for 11 days and then pause your subscription, you will have 20 days of service remaining.
